The Human Rights Court has ordered Achimota School to admit Tyrone Marghuy and his colleague Rastafarian Oheneba Nkrabea to the school.
The court sided with the students and ruled against Achimota for refusing to admit them.
Earlier this year, Marghuy and his colleague Nkrabea were denied admission into the school due to their dreadlocked hair.
The school claimed that they have to shave their hair per its rules and regulations despite the fact that the students said their religion did not allow them.
