Young Ghanaian reggae/dancehall artiste Flexer Gh has been nominated for the reggae/dancehall artiste of the year award at the Spotlight 2021 edition.
The young artiste has proven his mettle and landed a mega milestone for his career.
The Spotlight 2021 edition, a creative arts and business awards, places the spotlight on showbiz and business personalities.
Flexer Gh received the prestigious nomination and is up against other reggae/dancehall stars.
Voting is ongoing at castvotegh.com and would run till 30th June.
Voting can also be done via shortcode *447*7174# on all networks using nominee code BT316.
The nomination comes at a time Flexer has become accustomed to making headlines.
He became a trending topic several days back after taking actor Prince David Osei to the cleaners over his call for Ghanaians to fix themselves.
He followed that up with a similar attack on Matilda Asare after her empty-headed appearance on United Showbiz claiming that there’s nothing wrong to be fixed in Ghana.
Flexer’s two videos on the topic were popularly received and landed him squarely in the spotlight.
This nomination following on the heels of that makes it clear Flexer is a force to be reckoned with in Ghanaian dancehall.
