Students of Akropong Akuapem School of the blind has called on the government to dismiss their headmistress over unfair treatment.

Reports the students is that the headmistress is maltreating them and taking them through inhumane tasks because they are blind.

They alleged that the headmistress has made the blind teachers in the school sleep in the staff common room instead of providing them with bungalows in the school.

The leader of the protest added that they have given the government till Monday to change the headmistress if not they cause commotion in the school.
