The loud-mouthed member of parliament of Assin Central, Kennedy Agyapong has a message for Captain Smart.

He says he should stop making uncalled noises on social media and come pay him the Ghc 10,000 and the air conditioners he took from him three years ago.

Kennedy Agyapong says it was ironical on the part of Captain Smart to sit on air and talk about people not paying back loans they take from others after they have made promises.

He says he cannot be saying that and preaching on delivering on promises when he has in fact not paid up a loan he took from him three years ago.

Ken says Captain Smart committed a blunder by simply saying people should pay up a loan they take so they can be given again.
