Even in suspension, outspoken Ghanaian Journalist Captain Smart has lambasted the current government on their hypocritical fight against illegal Mining (Galamsey).

Captain Smart was sacked from his work post by the company owner because he has been using his platform to attack government officials, reports have it.

Someone who has lost his daily bread should have felt remorseful and pleading for another chance but not Captain Smart.

He is granting interviews on national TV still lambasting the current government over matters he finds fault in.

The fight on illegal mining has began but Captain Smart says if the president is not being a hypocrite, he must first attack illegal miners in his hometown Kyebi before anywhere else.

Captain Smart said there is evidence of Galamsey ongoing currently in the President’s hometown in Kyebi in the Eastern region, but the President seems not to do anything about it.
