The overlord of the Asante Kingdom, Asantehene Otumfuo Nana Osei Tutu II, is celebrating his birthday on this day, May 6th 2021.

Otumfuo, who has been on the throne for the past 22 years, turns 71 years of age today.

His daughter, Ohemaa Afia Kobi Prempeh who is a medical doctor, has taken to social media to celebrate her ‘old man’.

She shared a throwback photo of a magnificent looking young Otumfuo to celebrate him on this special day.

“Happy Birthday My Son 🙏🙏🙏🙏WISDOM IS ALL I ASK FOR FROM GOD FOR YOU 🙏🙏🙏” she wrote.
