4 Year Old Girl Who Went Missing Days Ago Found Dead With Her Head Cut Off

The social media fraternity has been thrown into a state of mourning following the death of a 4-year-old girl identified as Afia Adepa.

Adepa was announced missing some days ago as the family begged the help of the public to help find her.

Apparently, Adepa has been found dead with her head cut off.

According to reports, she was found dead on a refuse dump but her head was off.

The family is said to have identified her by her cloth.
