Ghanaian slay queen and actress, Akuapem Poloo has been thrown into jail after her lawyer lost the case to the plaintiff.

Akuapem Poloo is said to have pleaded guilty to the charges of publishing obscene material with two counts of domestic violence of publishing n#de photo of her son during his birthday in 2020.

Her Lordship Christiana Cann presiding over the case hence sentenced Akuapem Poloo to 3 months jail to serve as a deterrent for others.

Speaking in an interview, Akuapem Poloo’s lawyer, Andrew Vortia revealed that he advised Akuapem Poloo to plead guilty because their case was bad.

He said, ‘When we were at the case management case stage, we evaluated all the evidence against her (pictorial) in the witness statement and we realized that we don’t have a good case.’
