Associate professor of political science at the University of Ghana, Professor Ransford Gyampo, has shut down Sonnie Badu over his absurd claims that he managed to earn 3 degrees in 4 months.

According to Gyampo, anyone who makes such a claim is spewing absurdities.

The professor, an actual PhD holder, said no one can ever attain that many accolades in the space of 4 months.

He was speaking to Nana Aba Anamoah on Starr Fm when he descended on Badu for lying to Ghanaians.

“It is an absurdity that anybody would want to throw out there. Some of these people, they say these things because they know a lot of you people are ignorant…maybe it’s not the PhD that I did some,” Gyampo said.

“Whoever is saying that he got a degree, masters and PhD in 4 months, tell him that me, Ransford Gyampo, I’m saying he’s spewing an absurdity! It’s not possible,” he added.

It’s clear from an academic stance that Badu is lying, or that the degrees he’s claiming are honorary and not worth sh*t. He should just stop flaunting them as academic titles and Ghanaians would leave him alone.
