Low IQ NAGRAT Boss Calls Ghanaians Stupid, Useless and Nonsensical In New Video

The President of the National Association of Graduate Teachers (NAGRAT), Angel Carbonu, has proven himself to be a very low IQ individual.

For a man of his age and position, one would have expected a wise and saintly person but whenever he opens his mouth he proves to everyone how dumb he actually is.

Seriously, the man is thick in the head – it’s amazing that he’s a teacher.

In a recent interview, Carbonu has described Ghanaians as stupid, useless and nonsensical.

A man of his age using such words liberally in public, what else is there to call him other than stupid and unwise?

Remember, Carbonu has been quoted as saying that the reason white students in Ghanaian SHS are allowed to keep long hair is because they would look ugly in short hair.

That quote from 2015 resurfaced in the midst of the Achimota brouhaha and Angel claims he was misquoted so he came to clear the air in an interview.

He then proceeded to say the same thing in his attempt to ‘clear the air’. According to him, black people look nice with short hair, white people look ugly with short hair.

I guess he’s never met David Beckham then. Or any footballer who keeps short hair. Or Miley Cyrus, Haille Berry, Scarlett Johannson or any foreign celebrity when they decide to go short.

Whilst we’re at it, how does beauty/ugliness factor into forming rules and regulations for discipline? How else do you describe a man with such a mindset other than dumb?
