Videos of Ghana Institute of Journalism (GIJ) students chanting and confronting men from the Ghana Police Service in front of their school has surfaced online.
To serve as a reminder, unhappy students of GIJ planned to stage a demonstration against the management of the university for ordering them to defer their courses few weeks to their semester exams.

The school gates were under lock and key by the management as students wore red and black chanting at the top of their voice to register their displeasure.
One student of Of Ghana Institute of Journalism affected by the current decision by the management of the school narrated to the media that they were asked to go home and take class online after paying Ghc2500 as fees for campus lecture.
