Kumawood actress Tracey Boakye has finally rented out her acclaimed East Legon mansion to someone.

Apparently, she has even taken one year payment for the house.

In a video shared on social media, Tracey Boakye is seen accepting a brown envelope that contained a year payment for stay in the house.

Tracey Boakye splashed out the content which was bundles of dollars.

She is heard confirming it’s money is in relations to payment for her East Legon mansion.

Recently, Tracey Boakye made news after she vacated her East Legon mansion. There were claims that Tracey was not the owner of the mansion as she was allegedly kicked out over rent issues.
