Some users on social media could not help but weep after the spokesperson for the family of Late President Magufuli disclosed his last actions before passing on.

According to the family spokesperson Ngusa Samike, in the last days to his death, Late Tanzania president John Pombe Magufuli led prayers with nurses and doctors at the hospital he was receiving treatment.

He indicated that the Late President did not use his last words to wish for any fancy burial but as a staunch Christian who believed in God and he led prayers and songs together with his doctors and nurses.

Ngusa added that the late president also received special blessings from Cardinal Polycarp Pengo and Father Padre Alister Makubi and even the Chief Sheikh, Mufti Abubakar Zubeir before he died.

Reports have it that the late President will be laid in state and buried on Friday, March 26, 2021.
