The latest person to add his voice to the trending issues between Achimota School and a Rastafarian student is Reggie Rockstone.

He says in as much as he loved his stay in the school when he was there, the latest happenings in the school actually disgusts him.

Reggie says he does not want to speak much on the subject but it breaks his heart to know that the school he and his wife attended are now in the news for all the wrong reasons.

“It breaks my heart,” he says, adding that the school can do so much better.

Reggie says his entire looks should tell Ghanaians his stance. He says he is done with the school because he would not go where he is not welcomed.

“Don’t call me for nothing, don’t call me for no year group, I like to go where I am welcome.”

Reggie’s comment is in relationship with the Rastafarian student who has been denied admission at Achimota School because of his hair.

Meanwhile, the headmistress of Achimota has remained adamant, and although GES formerly asked that the student be admitted, they’ve rescinded their decison.
