Some students in an interview with the press disclosed that management ordered students who paid their fees after the deadline of 22nd March 2021 to defer their courses to the following semester.
The students described this as unfair since management was alleged to have extended the deadline of payment but are now saying students who made late payments should defer their programs barely a week to semester examination.
The student are set to hold #OccupyGIJ demo at the premises of the university at 10 am today to share their grievances and disagreement with management.
