Ghanaian journalist Kwame Nkrumah Tikese has fingered respected preacher Mensah Otabil as one of the individuals who have spent millions of Government money without being questioned.

According to the journalist, Pastor Mensah Otabil who used to be the board Chairman of collapsed Capital Bank, borrowed with his personal details and that of his church after which he chopped the money and left customers to their fate.

He added that government loaned him over GHc600 million to prevent the bank from collapsing but the man of God spent the money and told his church members to tell people who will ask when he will be paying off Capital Bank customers that; ‘God Is good’.
