The Youth Employment Agency(YEA) has released a statement stressing that Mr Philip Ceasar Kumah, a man accused of beating his girlfriend to death, is not a worker at the agency.
The statement signed by the Director of Cooperation echoed that the suspect had not gained full time employment with the agency as at the time of the incident.

It was also stated that there is no such position as a Deputy Director as many media outlets put out that the suspect occupied.
Mr. Philip Ceasar Kumah has been arrested ad accused of beating his girlfriend, Yesutor Elizabeth Akpalu, to death.
Elizabeth was a Level 300 student of the Evangelical Presbyterian University College in Ho.
