A security guard at an unnamed company has become a viral sensation after writing a letter of gratitude to his company’s HR director.
The only reason he wrote the letter was because every single morning this top executive would greet him, a lowly security guard, and also smile at him on her way to work.

Probably as a security guard, he has become used to people ignoring him when they pass by but the lady always remembered to greet him.
In appreciation, he wrote a letter of gratitude to the HR manager when he was leaving the company to continue his education.
The letter has since gone viral.
