Major Number of Ghanaian Celebrities are Battling Bipolar and Major Depressive Disorder

Funny Face’s behaviour within the past week or so which has ended up with him being court-ordered to spend two weeks at the Accra Psychiatric Hospital has placed the mental health of Ghanaian celebs at the forefront of the national conversation.

Funny Face is apparently suffering from depression, bipolar disorder and numerous other disorders we might not be privy to.

What is clear is that the comic actor is not in his right mind at the moment.

On the back of this, Instagram blogger thosecalledcelebs has claimed that a huge number of Ghanaian celebrities are battling a type of mental disorder.

According to her, the lifestyle of being a celebrity is too much to handle for some of them, leaving them mentally broken.

Aside Funny Face, it seems a whole legion of celebrities are in the country battling issues lowkey.

The problem with Funny Face is that he’s already loud and whenever his mania appears, his family fails to quickly shut him down and take his phone away from him.

Without his phone majority of the idiocy he displays online whenever his illness pops up would disappear.

Aside Funny Face, there are a ton of other celebs battling issues. Some, like Joyce Dzidzor Mensah, are known but most keep theirs beautifully hidden.
