The Ofankor Circuit Court has ordered the Ghana Police Service to send Funny Face to the Accra Psychiatric hospital hospital for psychiatric treatment.

Funny Face was sent t court today for unlawfully firing arms at a public place. He was arrested on February 9 and viral videos showed how the police allegedly maltreated him using ‘minimal force‘.

Presiding judge, His Honour Ebenezer Osei Darko said the comic actor is not stable in the mind due to the answers he was giving at the witness box.

He pleaded guilty to the charges leveled against him but when asked if he was mentally sound, Funny Face said the slaps he received from the police officers affected his reasoning.

Reports say, the court also seized his handgun, the one he fired at a drinking pub after loosing a fight, and has also restricted him from driving for the next two weeks.

Funny Face, per his psychiatric record, has suffered stage three depression over his twin daughters and his recent action confirms the actor needs serious medical attention.
