Once upon a time, a preacher took a strong stand and called upon all the powers of the most high he worshipped to ban the coronavirus from entering Ghana.
About a year later, that same preacher has been spotted wearing not one but two nose masks to protect himself from the same virus he spiritually barred from entering the country.
That preacher is Archbishop Nicholas Duncan-Williams – it appears his prayers ended in tears.

After giving everyone a false sense of hope about stopping COVID from entering Ghana, the disease entered the country easily and has killed so many people since.
And now Duncan-Williams himself, not wanting to die, has been spotted going out wearing not one but two masks!
Once Ghanaians spotted him in two nose masks, he was mocked for now trying to protect himself from COVID.
That has forced him to come out and explain why he has to wear two nose masks even though he had confidently declared that COVID won’t enter the country.
According to him, he’s just using ‘common sense’ to protect himself and this has nothing to do with the spiritual.
“Any atmosphere that is not prayer and Holy Ghost saturated, I will use my double mask and that has nothing to do with faith that just has to do with common sense. For the bible says, ‘Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we can imagine,’ that word imagine means ‘think’ and it is common sense so use your head,” he said.

Irrespective of his explanations, Ghanaians continue to troll him on social media every chance they get.
Maybe next time when a pandemic comes out he won’t try to use it to make a name by spiritually ‘blocking’ it – which is a ridiculous thing to even claim.
