Akufo-Addo Exposed for Increasing Police Salaries Ahead of the Elections and Reducing It After Winning

A common election tactic in Ghana is to pretend to build new roads just as the election is coming and then abandon it after the election is over.

Politicians basically watch the problems of society for 4 years, pretend to try and solve it just before the election and then abandon it once again once they win power.

That principle which is so common in Ghanaian politics has now been taken to a new level as Ghana police service has apparently been swindled by government.

According to Captain Smart, the IGP promised police officers an increased salary which they received in November just before the election,

However, now that the election is over, their December salaries has been sent back to the old ones.

Smart slammed the police authorities for swindling their own employees just to deceive them ahead of the election.
