Peter Okoye’s Wife Loses Her Father

Lola Omotayo okoye, wife of Nigerian musician Peter Okoye, has announced the sad passing of her father on social media.

Lola said the death of her father which she was told earlier this morning has rocked their family to the core about their world to a grinding halt.

She wrote alongside a photo of her dad; In the early hours of this morning, I received some very sad news that brought my family’s world to a grinding halt.

My darling Papa’s passing has hit us all very hard, and while we know that he is in a better place, the truth is that, there is no easy way to handle the grief that comes with the loss of a loved one.

Her husband and other fans joined her mourn on social media and other consoled her.

“We love you Papa.It hurts badly. And while we will miss you desperately, we know we have been truly blessed to have had a husband, father, brother, uncle and grandfather like you.
