Wale, in a hilarious video making waves, can be seen dancing like there’s no tomorrow – he’s extremely happy.

The video as far as I can tell hit the web following the announcement of the winner of the 2020 elections by the EC.
It doesn’t appear to have any connection to the elections but Wale is simply too happy.
