Keche Andrew, one half of music group Keche, says that musicians who openly endorsed a political party during this election did it out of hunger.
He directly stated that these musicians only agreed to work for politicains because their careers were dead and they needed some monies to feed themselves.

“Look at those musicians who openly endorse the political parties, they are not active and relevant in the music industry. Some of them have even stopped doing music so they see it as other means to survive.
Keche Andrew said he will not judge these musicians but they as a group will not endorse a political party because they fear their music career will collapse.
“I understand them so I’m not criticizing them but as for Keche we’re not looking at ending our career anytime soon. It’s not that no political party approached us but we refused the proposals,” he concluded.
