Not long ago, rumor had it the Ghanaian dancehall musician Stonebwoy was contesting for Member of Parliament in Ashaiman and he has come out to react to the news.
In a recent interview, Stonebwoy told Abeiku Santana that although he has not submitted any document to the necessary authorities to contest, he does not mind representing Ashaiman in Parliament if the people ask him.

Stonebwoy added that venturing into politics will broaden his fan base and influence on people to bring the change he wants to see in the society.
Abeiku asked on which political party’s ticket would he like to ride to Parliament and the smart musician said he is indecisive at the moment but when the time comes, he will choose a party.
