The full nominees for the next edition of the GRAMMY awards was announced by the Academy and Stonebwoy was not mentioned anywhere in the various categories after he pleaded for a consideration.
Stonebwoy launched a campaign on twitter to plead with the Academy to consider nominating his album, Anloga Junction for the 63rd GRAMMY Awards.
Looks like his plans did not work because his name was not found on the final and complete list released yesterday. Another surprise that came was that Shatta Wale was also missing on the list.

It was the hope of Ghanaians that at least Shatta will have his glory taking into consideration his song Already, which features Beyonce on The Lion King Album.
Instead, it was Wizkid from Nigeria who got the nomination for Best Video for his song with Beyonce on the same album.
