According to Regina, the lady people claiming is her rival is not but a good friend of hers who came visiting.
Apparently, the lady is an Arabian based in the UK and a friend of the family. She has been identified as Sara.

It looks like there is some truth in what Regina said after all.
Sara has equally debunked the rumors that she is married to Ned. Taking to her Instastory, she re-posted Regina’s post that debunked the rumors.
