Dancehall icon, Charlse Nii Armah Mensah has spoken about what brought about the break up between him and his beloved baby mama Shatta Michy.

For the first time on radio, Shatta Wale disclosed to Andy Dosty that he had to cut ties with the SM queen because Michy was not happy in the relationship.

Shedding more light on it, Shatta said his relationship with Michy was beautiful and they understood themselves so well but he wanted to force his will of a man on her and that did not make her happy.

He added that the once vibrant lady was sobbing and the best decision he could take was let her out of his cage. Shatta said he is excited seeing Michy roaming free.

The relationship between Shatta and Michy was that of Bonnie and Clyde and the two has a son together called Majesty.

Shatta said he holds no grudge with Michy and the two are very much closer now that they have divorced.
