Four children were burnt to death at Fise, a town near Amasaman in Greater Accra Region on Wednesday, 28th October 2020, after their mother left them to attend church.

The children, aged 7,8,12 and 15 were left asleep while their mother, name given as Prophetess Adelaide Nkrumah attended an all night prayer service at her church.

Reports have it that the mother put the kids to bed and locked the room. She left with her youngest born to the church but returned to see her house in flames.

Eye witnesses added that, on Wednesday evening around 12pm when the fire started, it got very intense at the part of the building were the kids and their mother was staying.
