Stephanie Yeboah, a British-Ghanaian who is a ‘body positivity’ blogger was hired by Grazia as a contributing editor last month to ‘fight for diversity, inclusion and women’s rights’.
And after just a month, the 31-year-old left-wing Black Live Matter activist has been SACKED over hateful remarks about the Holocaust which she made on Twitter.
In a series of tweets of concern, she said ‘every Jew has an attic but not every attic has Jews’. In another, she said: ‘AUSCHWITZ Gas Chamber Music LMAO SMH (laughing my a*** off, shaking my head).’
On the recent 75th anniversary of the liberation of the death camp, where a million Jews were murdered, Ms Yeboah wrote: ‘There have been bigger and more horrific genocides. They happened to brown people, though, so I guess it doesn’t matter, huh?’
After her offending Twitter posts were published by Private Eye magazine last Wednesday, she apologized.
Following the publication, Grazia UK editor Hattie Brett is said to have met with her and she was finally made to sack her on Friday evening.
