Black Stars midfielder Thomas Partey is the happiest Ghanaian footballer in the world right now after completing a move to join Arsenal in the world’s most popular league, the English Premier League.
Partey has joined London based Arsenal Football Club from Atletico Madrid in Spain for a whopping sum of £45m.

That is the biggest move involving a Ghanaian player since his idol Michael Essien joined Chelsea from Olympique Lyon in 2004.
Partey is indeed seen by many as the new Essien and would now be tasked with carrying the flag of Ghana high in the EPL same as Essien did unparalleled for years!
