Highlife legend, KK Kabobo has said that he does not see why people classify reigning VGMA artiste of the year, Kuami Eugene as a highlife artiste.

In an exclusive interview on YFM, the legendary highlife musician was of the opinion that as far as he is concerned, Kofi Kinaata is far ahead of all the contemporary highlife musicians in Ghana.

In fact when Kabobo was asked to name his favourite contemporary highlife musicians in Ghana, the name of Kuami Eugene was conspicuously absent.

According to the legend, Kinaata is his favourite highlife musician, followed by Ofori Amponsah, Bisa Kdei and Kofi Nti.
