Social media users have turned their trolling skills on Sarkodie once more after it emerged that he had proudly gone to receive an award from an alleged scammer without conducting any due diligence.
A so-called ‘doctor’, Dr Kwame Owusu Fordjour, had awarded numerous celebs including Sarkodie, Berla Mundi and others with an award known as the 7th Global Leadership Service to Humanity award.

Winners of the award received a plaque and what looks like a gold urn.
However, some slight digging by social media users has uncovered the entire award saga as a sort of scam.
The way Sarkodie went out happily to receive the award and then broadcast it on social media is amusing Ghanaians.
They’ve taken to social media to troll him pretty well and keep him trending throughout the day.
