Anas Aremeyaw Anas has taken a comfortable 2-0 lead over Kennedy Agyapong in their court battle over alleged defamatory comments the MP made against the undercover journalist.

After a judge declined to throw out the case in the first major defeat for Kennedy Agyapong, a 2nd defeat has arrived as the Multimedia Group has apologized to Anas over the comments the MP made.

Kennedy Agyapong during an appearance on Adom TV’s ‘Badwam’ made comments attacking Anas for being a criminal and illegally involved in galamsey.

Those are the comments Anas sued the MP over and Multimedia have been forced to apologize to Anas over them even though the case is still pending.

Taking a full-page ad in the Daily Graphic, the network apologized unreservedly to Anas.
