“I hope that the quick response of the police will lead to the rapid administration of justice in this unfortunate matter,” President Akufo-Addo said.

“I will make an appropriate contribution to the Akua Denteh Foundation to express my own revulsion at the awful, tragic act that has occurred in this region.” he added.

Akua Denteh’s death has sparked outrage in the Ghanaian populace especially over the silence of the President when he was out there shouting ‘Black Lives Matter’ for George Floyd.

His response is to offer some undisclosed financial support which won’t help Akua Denteh now that she’s dead.

Her killers should be found as soon as possible and examples made out of them so something like this never happens again.
