Togolese footballer, Emmanuel Sheyi Adebayor has re-echoed his love for his friend Funny Face, promising to be with the comedian every step of the way.

Funny Face and the footballer have enjoyed some very enviable friendship that has got mouths talking every time they have made the news.

However, in recent times their relationship was perceived to have been strained after the Togolese publicly rebuked his friend on social media for posting his personal issues in the full glare of social media.

Apparently, the footballer’s private warnings had been disregarded by the comedian, forcing him to take the public approach, which was also unheeded anyway. This led to the footballer unfollowing his friend on Facebook.

However, after incessant pleas from some well-meaning friends, the two appear to have their enviable relationship intact with the Togolese promising to be there for the comedian always.
