Comic actor Mr. Ibu has left his fans scared to the marrow following a picture that has since gone viral on social media.
At this point, they are understandably scared for his life.

In the photo, the actor looks not only bloated but essentially like someone pregnant with triplets and waiting to die.
His stomach has become way too big and this often comes with lots of complicated heart problems.
It is simply unhealthy.
