Ghanaian rapper Tinny has praised dancehall artiste Shatta Wale, describing him as a man with a generous heart, and more compassionate than many of his colleagues.
Speaking with FiiFi Pratt on Kingdom FM’s Afrojoint show, Tinny noted that since he became friends with Shatta Wale, the dancehall king has on countless times showed him the love that sometimes beats his imagination.
According to Tinny, years ago he dashed Shatta Wale a blackberry phone when he (Shatta) did not have one at the time. Even though it was several years ago, Shatta Wale still remembers the gesture and has supplied him (Tinny) and his family with phones since he landed an ambassadorial deal with Infinix.
Tinny was full of praise for the controversial dancehall artiste, saying that he will not die before his time, but will accomplish great things.
“Many at times in those days’ people do not regard him (Shatta wale) they think he’s mad due to his aggressive of becoming a star, during that time I was with him and understand him. He said.

“The little advice I gave him was enough, he wouldn’t be like Bob Marley and die before his time but he will be alive and become a champion,’’ He added.
