The headmistress of KNUST SHS has been ordered to step aside by the Ghana Education Service (GES) pending an investigation.
A statement from GES ordered Felicia Asamoah Dankwaa to step aside with a new administrator taking over the running of the school.

The sanction on the headmistress comes after a student at her school died from an ulcer with no teacher attending to him with the excuse they fear he has COVID-19.
Students at the school angrily protested the incident, even destroying the headmistress’ car.
The GES has responded following backlash to the incident and asked the headmistress to step aside.
