According to the statement, Poloo’s act of taking a photo n*ked with her son and posting it on social media “…is classified as indecent exposure of the child, an act of pornography, degrading and also against the Children’s Act (1998)”
“The Ministry of Gender, Children and Social Protection is liaising with the appropriate authorities to deal with the issue,” the statement added.
The actress has gotten herself in some trouble due to her attention-seeking post released on Tuesday, June 30th to celebrate her son’s birthday.
When she was condemned, Poloo’s defence was that she’s an artist and was simply rendering an ‘artistic impression’.
