I Saw Ridge Hospital Nurses Watching Facebook Videos Whilst Someone Was Dying – Juliet Bawuah Narrates her Own Horrible Experience

Ghanaian sports presenter Juliet Bawuah has revealed her own horrible experience with incompetent and insensitive nurses and doctors at the Ridge Hospital in Accra.

According to Juliet, she personally witnesses nurses at the facility standing by unconcerned with some even watching videos on Facebook whilst someone was dying in the facility.

“I had a very terrible experience at the emergency unit of the Ridge Hospital last year. Someone is about losing a life and nurses were unbothered. Some were watching Facebook videos,” Bawuah tweeted.

The story of a Ghanian man whose wife died at the hospital due to being prescribed the wrong medicine has blown on social media today leading many others to tell stories of their similar experience at the Hospital.

The man revealed that after a doctor prescribed his wife the wrong medicine, one other doctor scolded him for doing that but the nurses around were just laughing as if it was the funniest thing in the world.

The revelation of the insensitivity of so-called medical professionals has brought Ghanaians out to tell similar stories they’ve faced at the Ridge Hospital.

The way things are going, a day will come that when you get sick in this country, the hospital might be the last place you might want to go to.

How messed up is that?
