Patapaa Being Trolled After Saying Artists Who Want Somebody to Write ‘Song for them to Sang’ Are Effed Up

‘One Corner’ hitmaker Patapaa, apparently ready to start trending again, has made a statement which has got Ghanaians talking about him.

Patapaa weighed in on the issue of copyright violations with his own ignorant if hilarious take.

Patapaa apparently thinks having ghostwriters is copyright violation but that’s not even why he’s being laughed at – he’s being trolled because he took aim at artists who have other people ‘write songs for them to sang’.

Patapaa appeared on TV Africa and gave his take on the issue of copyright violations.

According to him, some artistes “…Want somebody to write song for them to sang; it’s f*cked up,”

He added: “Artistes who sing songs written by someone else is fucked up because you don’t have the idea to do music – they’re the ones called ‘copyright'”.
