Popular Nollywood actress, Tonto Dikeh has taken to her Instagram page to celebrate her plastic surgeon as the doctor marked his birthday today, thanking him for her enhanced hips and bum.
The subject of body enhancement surgery is a very controversial one in this part of the world. With many subscribers of the procedure, hiding their patronage of the body-enhancing surgery, Tonto remains one of the few celebrities who have publicly announced that they have undergone such procedures.

In a previous interview with BBC, the actress had boldly proclaimed that she had to undergo a couple of surgeries since she was not entirely comfortable with her old figure. She actually went ahead to state that she planned to undergo a third surgery to enhance her upper region.

Today, the controversial actress has taken to social media to publicly celebrate her plastic surgeon as he marked his birthday. She wrote, “Happy birthday doctor, thanks for my bum and hips”.
