The Chief Executive Officer Of The National Health Insurance Authority, Dr Lydia Dsane-Selby has tested positive for COVID-19 according to a report by Starr Fm.
The report further claims that Dr Selby is currently under quarantine, while contact tracing is said to have commenced.
She becomes the second high profile name to have tested positive in the past few days after news emerged a few days ago of the Minister for Health, contracting the disease in the line of duty.
Meanwhile, according to the latest updates by the Ghana Health Service, Ghana has confirmed a total of 12, 193 cases with 4,326 recoveries. Four new deaths have also been recorded, taking the death toll to 58.
