Dancehall King Shatta Wale has shockingly revealed that the car he gave to his militant Joint 77, which was eventually taken back after their relationship went sour, was a company car and not a gift.
Shatta Wale, was in the news this week at his controversial best, when it was revealed that he had sent some boys together with police personnel to go and seize a car he had given to his militant, after a confrontation on the radio.
Joint 77 who had gone to Hitz Fm to promote his new song, was practically bullied after his mentor was called on the show to clarify a few issues. The confrontation was so heated that it caused the militant to lose his Toyota Camry, which was apparently seized from him right on the premises of the radio station.

However, reacting to the issue on United Showbiz with Nana Ama McBrown, Shatta Wale clarified that he did not instruct anyone to take back the car. According to him, it was his brother Willie Wale who did that out of his own volition.
When asked why he would endorse the taking back of a gift, Wale likened the car to a company car, saying that if a company terminates your appointment, they take back their official car and house, adding that as far as he is concerned, that is exactly what they have done.
