Gospel musician Sonnie Badu has added his voice to the trending family drama of Duncan Williams and his deadbeat son.

Sonnie is literally saying Duncan should not lose sleep over this because he raised them well.

Duncan’s son a day ago made some damning revelation about his father when he went haywire, stripping and telling the world he is at liberty to live his life the very way he pleases.

Amongst other things, he mentioned how he lived like a prisoner in his own father’s house and how his father wished him dead when he finally decided to break free, follow his passion to pursue a career in secular music.

There has been back and forth since this gaffe and the Williams’ family claim their son is mentally not stable.

That or not, Sonnie feels otherwise— reacting to the whole saga, he says he is ever so proud of Duncan and the people he has raised.

He adds that he has always wanted to be like him when he grew up.

Meanwhile, Duncan’s son has been picked up by the US police to undergo a psychiatric evaluation.
