Archbishop Duncan Williams’ proud 3rd son Joel Duncan Williams has popped up amid family disgrace over brother’s outburst.

This is the first time Joel has made a public appearance.

According to reports, he is a pastor running one of his father’s churches, Firm Foundation Action Chaple which is the main youth branch.

Report says Joel adheres to strict directives of his father as he put him in charge.
