“…The aim is to continue to diversify and promote and push Stonebwoy to other parts of the world. After winning the BET Award and gaining that humongous attention, we’ve been putting out projects, and I’ve been pushing the agenda through the Caribbean a lot. I think 2015, ’17, ’18 had me do a lot more collaborations with Jamaican and Caribbean acts. Now that that has stuck well, I think that it’s time to spread to the American and African continents proper,” Stonebwoy said.
Asked which American acts he’s eyeing to appear on project with, Stonebwoy revealed: “I’d like to work with Rihanna. That’s one of the names on my list. And then anybody else as well. DJ Khaled, Rihanna, these are my top pics. I know DJ Khaled doesn’t sing but I like his style. Alicia Keys,”
Born Livingstone Etse Satekla, the Ghanaian dancehall guru is having a great 2020, despite the disruption caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.
