Metro TV presenter Paul Adom Otchere has exposed how preachers begged for churches to be reopened with restrictions but are now running away from the restrictions put in place by the President.
Adom Otchere, in a video posted on social media, juxtaposed an interview held with Archbishop Nicholas Duncan Williams in which he suggested churches be reopened with restrictions and the speech by the President in which he announced churches being reopened.

Despite appearing to heed to the church’s complaints and announce similar restrictions to what they wanted, some churches are now announcing that the President’s measures aren’t practical hence they will not reopen.
Whilst commendable that some churches are choosing not to reopen, Paul argues that they are being hypocritical in running away from the same restrictions they said they wanted in order to be allowed to reopen.
He posted a video on Facebook adding the caption: “The terms on which the president eased the restrictions on religious gatherings has received mixed feelings, some churches have refused to open maybe because they are unhappy with the new rules of engagement as announced. But didn’t the Archbishop tell us few weeks ago that they just wanted to have the opportunity to meet and to pray? See the video as we juxtaposed what the Archbishop said to what the president said and maybe you will find that the decision by the president was in consonance with the desire’s of the Archbishop … see video 12 mins long.
